Day 1 of the 4 Days Kibale Forest Uganda Primate Tour: Transfer to Kibale National Park

You will be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park your morning breakfast driving south via Hoima. You will enjoy the scenic features of tea plantations in Fort Portal.

You will have a stopover in Fort Portal for lunch enroute. Then you will be driven to the lodge after lunch.

Day 2 of the 4 days Kibale Forest Uganda Primate Tour: Full day at Kibale National Park

After breakfast we visit Kibale Forest National Park. The most famous of its 13 species of primates is the Chimpanzee.

It is also a home of species like the rare I’Hoest’s monkey, the black and white Colobus, Blue monkey, Grey-cheeked mangabey, Red tailed monkey and the Olive baboon among others. The walk takes 2-3 hours.

After lunch go for Bigodi swamp walk where you may see a variety of bird species and other smaller mammals.

Day 3 of the 4 days Kibale Forest Uganda Primate Tour: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Chimpanzee Trekking Safari Uganda

Daparture for Queen Elizabeth National Park in the morning where you’ll spot the ranges of Mt. Rwenzori enroute. As you go through the game park you may spot some animals like the Elephant, Buffaloes, bushbucks, and Uganda Kob, Antelopes, Warthogs, among others.

After lunch enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. It is a 42kms channel that joins Lake Edward and Lake George.

The boat ride offers an excellent platform for photography along which you will encounter several hippos, crocodiles, elephants and over 500 bird species.
