    Day 1: Arrival & pick at the airport in Nairobi

    A warm welcome to the Magical Kenya, a spectacular destination with abundant wildlife, scenic Lakes, vast savanna parks and breathtaking rift valleys, mountains ranges. Pick up and transfer from Jomo Kenyatta Airport & drop off at the hotel for relaxation, dinner and night stay.

    Day 2 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Nairobi to Amboseli N/Park

    Today will be dedicated for you to travel to Amboseli N/Park, one of Kenya’s most famous wildlife parks. You will leave after breakfast and drive to Kajiado County where Amboseli is located. The 392 sq.km Amboseli Park is popular for its breathtaking views of the Kilimanjaro Volcano at the background. You will be served lunch on arrival at the lodge in the park.

    Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha for bird watching

    Depart from the lodge in Amboseli for Lake Naivasha, located in the rift valley floor, 90km Northwest of Nairobi. The park sits on a compact area of 140 sq.km and the largest area has a fresh water lake. It is a renowned birding spot in Kenya, but holds some significant wildlife species including lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, leopards. You will have lunch once you have arrived at Lake Naivasha NP and later, embark on an afternoon game viewing.

    Day 4 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Full day Lake Naivasha birding safari

    You will have a full day of exploring the treasures of Lake Naivasha NP. From birds to wildlife, and about 350 bird species survive in the various habitats in this park. They include fish eagles, kingfishers, herons, jacanas, flamingos, weaver birds and more.

    Day 5: Lake Naivasha-Nakuru NP

    After breakfast, you will set off for Lake Nakuru N/Park. You will have a leisurely lunch at the comfort of your lodge, and it will be followed by an exciting game viewing in the afternoon. The common wildlife in Nakuru N/P include Rothschild giraffes, waterbucks, lions, rhinos, cheetahs and birds.

    Day 6 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Explore Lake Nakuru birding & game viewing

    Enjoy breakfast early in the morning, and after, leave your lodge for a long day wildlife exploration in Lake Nakuru National Park. This includes bird watching and wildlife viewing. Today’s sightings on Lake Nakuru NP safari include impalas, leopards, giraffes, lions, rhinos, and birds such as crab plovers, Kenya rufous sparrow, lesser kestrel, European rollers, arrow-marked babblers, Abyssinian thrush, bateleurs, greater spotted eagle, lappet faced vulture, flamingos, red-capped lark, great snipe, slender billed greenbul, Northern puff back, white-headed vulture, western reef heron, sooty falcons, and others.

    Day 7: Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara for big game tours & wildebeest migration

    Depart the lodge for Maasai Mara and this will include exit game drive in Nakuru National Park. Maasai Mara National Reserve (MMNR) is a spectacular wildlife reserve and is found in Southwestern Kenya. It is an extensive 1510sq.km nature reserve, inhabiting big and small mammal species.

    This reserve is a preferred wildlife destination in Kenya given its unique wildlife including giraffes, wildebeests, lions, buffaloes, rhinos, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, and over 500 species of birds.

    Day 8 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Safari game drive Maasai Mara

    Spend a long day exploring the splendid Maasai Mara National Reserve. An experienced guide will be accompanying in a 4×4 safari vehicle. A myriad of wildlife and birds should be expected to see today –the big cats and essentially, observe the wildebeest migration.

    Day 9 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Hot air balloon, wildlife game drive & cultural tour

    Maasai Mara National Reserve is a vast protected area and today’s game drive offers you a remarkable opportunity to explore more wildlife and birdlife. Meet the balloon team for the sunrise hot air balloon safari, enjoy aerial view and not to miss the bush breakfast. After aerial viewing and photography, continue exploring the reserve in a 4×4 drive vehicle and later, you may transfer to the Maasai Warriors village.

    Day 10 of 10 Days Birding & Wildlife Kenya Safari: Back to Nairobi capital city

    Delicious breakfast to you served at your respective lodges, and after, depart for Nairobi capital. Arrive at the city early and you will be dropped off at the hotel/airport and today marks the end of 10 days Kenya safari.
