• How to get to Buhoma Lodge

Buhoma Lodge is reachable either by road or air. By road, Buhoma Lodge is about 442kms on the Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara-Kabale route. Another route takes you from Kampala via Masaka to Mbarara to Rukungiri to Kihihi to Buhoma region, approximately 8-9 hours’ drive. From Kigali, visitors can drive through Chanika or Katuna border to Kabale to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, approximately 3-4 hours’ drive.

By air, guests can also opt for flight services starting from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi airfield and you land at Kihihi/Kisoro airstrip where you can meet your safari guide who will transfer you to Buhoma Lodge about 45 minutes’ drive.
